When God first showed us the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, we knew we were before a great challenge. Our hearts were filled with faith while, one by one, God opened the doors for the settlement of a church that would influence not only that region but wherever the Holy Spirit would guide us to the encounter of hungry hearts.

We are sure that this project already existed in God’s heart and is now becoming a reality through the lives of strong, courageous people who are willing to pay the price to see his Will being established on Earth.

Our feeling and also our greatest desire is to build up a church that will strike it’s generation with a lifestyle that declares Jesus Christ is the Lord.

"…he who puts his faith in me will do the very works which I do, and he will do greater things than these, because I am going to my Father." John 14:12

We believe in God, the Father and Creator of all things.

We believe the Bible to be the very Word of God, inspired by his Spirit. The Bible teaches us that our salvation comes by grace (free gift of God) through the faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe in Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, who has died for us all, and by his blood we are purified from sin.

We believe he rose on the third day so that we may live a life of victory, forever with him.

We believe in the Holy Spirit and in the gifts he bestows upon those who are baptized on him.

We believe in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, which makes possible for men and women to live a life such as to produce fruit, fruit that will be for ever. A testimonial of power, demonstration of the fruit of the Spirit.

We believe in a life of victory over sin, for all those who walk in the Spirit of God.

We believe in the importance of showing and declaring the love of Jesus Christ to every person, near or far, fulfilling the Lord’s commandment as in Matthew 28:19 “Go then, and make disciples of all the nations”.

We believe in the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17, thus we also pray for the blessings upon other churches, that they make the work of God minding unity.

We believe in a life of power, holiness and love as mark of the great revival which shall take place before the coming of the Lord Jesus.

"When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream." salms 126:1

We dream about:

A church so strong that will be able to influence the city and the nation, both spiritually and socially;

A church that grows so fast to the point our temples won’t be able to contain it, and nevertheless the precious growth that comes from a face to face relationship with brothers and sisters won’t be lost in the way.

A church which praise and worship touches the skies, changing the world through the presence of God.

A church that believes and waits for the revival to happen on our time, a revival such that many would give their lives to take part in it. A revival that surpasses the temple walls to reach for the wounded heart, the young man doing drugs, the abandoned woman, the depressed parents, the sick, the deteriorated society, as the genuine expression of God revealing himself to the heart that claims for answers.

A church that depends on the Holy Spirit in everything. And as nothing can stop the Spirit of God, nothing shall stop this church as well.
